LRS Health provides 24hr, 7 days per week Support for all our clients

Clients can log calls directly via this Web site, by telephone, fax or email

 

How support calls are handled :

  • Every member of our support team receives the support request ensuring that no job is left unattended
  • Clients are able to track the progress of their job request on the Job Status screen
  • Each completed job displays the "Turn Around Time"
  • If a job is "on hold" the reason is displayed
  • On completion, the person who lodged the job request will automatically be emailed with details of the support provided
  • At month end, a report with showing all job request details, time taken and charges is issued
