LRS Health is an Australian ehealth company supplying a suite of software products to the Australian and international health markets.  We are the market leaders in our field of laboratory information systems and have growing expertise and presence in other related markets. We have a large and growing client base in Australia and internationally.

 

Due to the growth of our company, LRS Health now seeks a motivated, experienced Software Engineer to join our Team

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Due to company growth, we currently have an outstanding opportunity in our Melbourne team in the role of Software Engineer. This role will give you a chance to work on leading-edge software development projects in ehealth utilising the latest development languages and tools.

 

You will bring your excellent programming skills to produce high quality code which is robust, efficient and easy to understand and experience utilising D3, Delphi and/or VB. This role will draw on your developed analytical and logical thinking skills as well as your attention to detail.

 

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be highly motivated by working in a team environment to deliver software project tasks within agreed timeframes.

 

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

 

·     At least 5 years software engineering experience

·     Outstanding programming skills in Pick, D3 and one of Delphi or VB

·     Understanding and working experience in SQL (eg. MS SQL Server)

·     .Net Framework 2.0, 3.0 or later, WCF & WPF

·     Highly motivated to deliver

·     Understanding of the e-health “user environment”

·     Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills

·     Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills

·     Adaptability and initiative

Business Development Manager – E-Health

Due to the growth of our company, LRS Health now seeks a motivated, experienced Business Development Manager to join our Team

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·         Manage the ongoing evolution of our accounting suite of products, including key account management, product architecture and development, and active client support

·         Successfully document, track and manage the accounts portion of key site installations to ensure client specifications are met.

·         Develop, document and manage the accreditation process for the LRS Health suite of products, including managing the interface with key industry organizations and entities.

·         Improve, develop, implement and maintain technical standards and processes for the development of new products.

 

The skills and experience we are looking for: You'll have experience managing the implementation of a world class laboratory information system in a major Australian medical facility as a supplier or client with at least ten years of experience working on the IT support for such a facility. Your skills will include:

·         Strong understanding of accounting practices in the ehealth environment

·         Experience with accreditation processes in the software and health environments

·         Deep industry experience in Australian pathology.

·         Strong client relationship building skills

·         Excellent project management skills

·         Self directed

·         Good problem solving skills

·         Flexible attitude to work hours

 

This position is based in metro Melbourne, however, frequent travel to client sites is required.
